  • Sergiu Tatarov has joined the CBER faculty this fall as a Fulbright Visiting Scholar.   Tatarov comes to CBER from Chisinau, Moldova.  Formerly Deputy Minister of Local Public Administration at the Academy of Public Administration, Tatarov now serves as a lecturer at the Academy.
