Edward Sennoga received his Ph.D. in Economics from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies in Spring 2006.  His dissertation titled, “Essays on Tax Evasion," examines the influence of tax evasion on tax structure and whether tax evaders benefit exclusively from evading taxes.  Edward's primary research interests are in public economics particularly in the areas of taxation and state and local public finance.  He is currently affiliated with the Fiscal Research Center, Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State Univeristy. He is originally from Uganda, Africa.
