Kirk Stark is a Professor of Law at UCLA and is currently the William K. Jacobs, Jr. Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. His principal research interests are in the areas of tax policy and public finance with a particular focus on state and local taxation and the American system of fiscal federalism. Professor Stark serves on the Board of Directors of the National Tax Association.
