CBER director Bill Fox and Creighton University Assistant Professor John Deskins presented Measuring Behavioral Responses to the Property Tax at Georgia State University's International Studies Program Property Tax Conference sponsored by the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. The conference was held at the Evergreen Conference Resort, Stone Mountain, Georgia, April 27—29.
